We stayed at Shores of Panama and rented through Blue Swell. They were very friendly and Customer Service was always very quick to reply about our stay. We had all of our information ahead of time and our room was ready just after 4 on check-in day! The cleaning people didn't leave any bracelets or parking passes so I had to call Blue Swell after hours and they had them delivered to us within 2 hours!
