Family of 5 had an absolute blast. Plenty of space, 2 refrigerators if your a family that cooks there's a gas grill that's clean and easy to use, a very nice outside area to enjoy the ocean breeze. Get the golf cart!! The neighborhood is so beautiful to drive through and such a luxury to have for beach days.
