Blue swell was great at keeping me updated on check in times etc. they had excellent customer service throughout the planning and departure phase of my trip. I travel a lot and was happy with Blue Swell. Not so happy with Origins at Seahaven but they (origins) are quick to point out they are separate from Blue Swell and that's probably a good thing. Overall a great trip and woukd use Blue Swell again to stay at another location.
