This was a great place. Great location, close to great restaurants, Thomas donuts, Pier Park and Frank Brown Complex (if you have someone that's playing softball or baseball, the Waterpark and a grocery store There is an Alvin's Island you can walk too if you've forgotten and beach needs.Being able to walk right out to the beach (that's not so crowded!!!). Another perk is there is a stand close by that you can walk to if you want to rent jet skis, or parasail, banana boat ride or rent a pontoon
